Simple Detox Tools

31. January 2023

Using *Simple Detox Tools can be a super effective whether you want to loose weight or cleanse your body.

There are a variety of toxins that can accumulate in your body from many different sources, including non-organic food, chlorine and fluorides in drinking water, mercury from dental fillings and thermometers, and lead from pipes and smoldering materials.

These toxins are stored in tissues and cells throughout your body, and long term exposure can effect your metabolism, behavior, immune system and brain health.

Here are some of the symptoms toxicity can cause:

fatigue, joint pain, headache, digestive-, sleep- and mental disorder, as well as contribute to serious diseases such as Alzheimer’s, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson’s.

To remove these toxins from the body, it is important to take specific steps such as using these *Simple Detox Tools. It will help you:

remove toxins from your body, prevent chronic disease, support the immun system, help you loose weight,
get rid of cellulite and stored fat, increase your energy level, improve your skin, as well as give you mental and emotional clarity and restore balance in your body and improve your quality of life.

What can you do

Some popular *Simple Detox Tools includes supplements like charcoal and chlorella. Other tools are oil-pulling, detox drink and dry brushing

Oil pulling

Oil pulling is a simple and inexpensive tool, and according to Ayurvedic medicine, it’s an ancient practice with its roots in India.
It is believed to help in the excretion of toxic heavy metals by saliva. Oil pulling activates salivary enzymes which absorb toxins such as chemical toxins, bacterial toxins and environmental toxins from the blood and removed from the body through the tongue.

Oil pulling helps to whiten your teeth, promotes fresh breath, support gum health and detoxification.
Here is a great book on the topic.

The process of oil pulling starts with taking a tablespoon of coconut oil into your mouth and swishing it around for 5 to 20 minutes. (I recommended you start with 5 minutes then work your way up to 15-20).

The way you oil pull, swish the oil around the front and back of the mouth, over the tongue, and toward the back of the throat without swallowing.

For maximizing your dental health, it is recommended to pull the oil in and out from between the teeth and around the gums as well.

Step-by-Step

Detox drink

Year round you can drink water with fresh lemon or Apple Cider Vinegar. It is extremely good for your Ph level, and can help break down acidic build ups in your body.

Adding raw cranberry juice to the mix as described below, help to cleanse the kidneys, liver, bowels, and lymphatic system from harmful toxins.
Cranberries contain multiple nutrients that helps remove fat from the lymphatic system.
One of the functions of the lymphatic system is the absorption of fats from your digestive system and transporting them to the blood circulation. This is why it is so important to keep your lymphatic system clean and functional.

Do it for 2-3 weeks, 4 times a year

When you are done with the oil pulling, and before breakfast drink this detox drink. This is the only detox tool you don’t have do every day.

Mix the following:

4 tbsp of pure Organic unsweetened Cranberry Juice
2 tbsp of pure Organic Lemon Juice
1 tbsp of Organic Apple cider vinegar
1 tall glass of water

(I usually mix a big bottle of the detox ingredients 4:2:1 and keep it in the fridge, and then do 3.5 oz of detox
mix in about 8 oz of water )

Supplements

Activated Charcoal is used as a tool for detoxifying the body due to its ability to absorb and remove impurities, toxins, and other harmful substances from your body.

Some of the potential benefits of using Activated Charcoal for detoxifying are:

improved digestion, liver function and skin health, reduce heavy metal poisoning

and support overall health and well-being.

Chlorella is a type of green algae is another great supplement when it comes to detox. It has high levels of chlorophyll, antioxidants, essential amino acids, vitamin A, C and K, as well as iron, magnesium and potassium. It is also a great source of fibers.

Some of the potential benefits of using chlorella supplements are:

Improved digestion, skin health, liver- & immune function, as well as
lower the risk of oxidative stress and chronic diseases and promotes overall health and well-being.

Dry – brushing

This *Simple Detox Tool only takes five minutes a day, costs nothing (except from the brush), and helps cleanse your body, inside and out.

Our skin is the largest organ in our body and is an organ of elimination.
One third of your body’s toxins are excreted through the skin, meaning, when the pores are clogged, you can’t excrete toxins, and they get trapped in the skin.

Dry brushing has a number of health benefits such as:

exfoliate dead skin cell and leave your skin silky smooth year round, stimulate the lymphatic system
which removes toxins from your body.
It also reduce cellulite, which is toxic materials accumulated and trapped in your body’s fat cells,
unclogs pores and help your skin absorb more nutrients.

To get started, follow the simple steps below

Purchase a natural (not synthetic) bristle brush with a long handle so you can reach all areas of your body.
Stand in a bathtub or tiled surface (undressed of course) to catch the dead skin.
Begin brushing by starting at your feet and moving in long sweeping motions toward your heart.
Always brush toward your heart. Brush several times in each area, overlapping as you go.
Be gentle as you brush over more sensitive areas, like your breasts. Your skin will become less sensitive the more you dry brush.

Once you’ve brushed your entire body, jump in the shower and lternate between the hottest water temperature you can tolerate and the coldest. This stimulates blood circulation, bringing more blood to the top layers of the skin.

Pat dry your skin and apply a natural oil like rose hip-, almond- or coconut oil.

Continue to dry brush your entire body every day. (Twice a day is recommended for best results).

Remember to clean your brush with soap and water once a week. Leave it to dry in a clean, sunny spot to avoid any mildew accumulation on your brush.

Try this for 30 days and see the results for yourself!

However, Detox does not do it alone! You need to live a healthy lifestyle all the way around. In my “Seven Steps to Optimal Health” you will learn about the importance of Food, Water, Sleep, Exercise, Fresh Air, Silence and Gratitude in your everyday life as well.
