Happy New Year

30. December 2022

Happy New Year to you and your loved ones. I hope you are as excited for 2023 as I am!

My husband and I have spend Christmas with our family and friends in Denmark and will be in Sweden to celebrate New Years with my brother and his family.

2022 has in many ways been challenging for us in many ways, and at the same time we have had so much to be grateful for. We got our vacation home in Denmark, where we now can create memories with the grandchildren. We got a new grandbaby, and business is really looking good for both of us.

So we are truly excited and grateful for everything coming in 2023.

New Years is by tradition a time for reflection, goal setting and New Years resolutions, and everyone is filled with excitement and enthusiasm for all the great things to come. However, most people only last a couple weeks into their new habits before the excitement wares off. It is easy to find excuses for not to do what we set out to do, and soon we find ourselves back in the old habits.

Now is the time to start

If you are looking to change your lifestyle in a simple way – yes, I know it almost sounds too good to be true – then keep reading.

There are so many different “diets” out there and it can be hard to choose the right one. I’m going to make it easy for you because NONE of them are good for you in the long run.
Dieting is not healthy and it will not give you the change you are looking for. It will on the other hand just create stress and chaos both in your mind and your body.

I have struggled with a healthy balanced lifestyle for many years, so I know how hard it can be. Finally I put together my own program from all the different education and training I have received.

If you are not paying attention to your body, you won’t pick up on the signals it sends you all the time, such as sleeping when you are tired, eating when you are hungry, and going to the bathroom when you have to. This is called Low Self Awareness and incoherence (out of balance).

To help you do that, I have created a 12 web Healthy Made Simple course, where you will be guided all the way, and learn how to listen to your body. I use My Seven Steps as the main tool.

Don’t stress yourself by making big changes all at once. When you do that, you’ll most likely fall back into old habits in no time.

It is very powerful and yet very simple

With all the things going on in the world, the timing couldn’t be better to take action and start your new lifestyle. This way of living is so much more than just a diet, and yet very simple. That is, if you don’t complicate it for yourself.

“Healthy Made Simple” is listening and learning what your body is telling you and what it really needs.
It’s easier than you think!

Think of your body as an engine! It needs clean fuel, oil and water and it needs regular maintenance! Pretty simple right? The same goes for your body; it also needs clean fuel and regular maintenance.

The “Healthy Made Simple” lifestyle is so much more than a diet!

Eating well and exercising only make up about 30% of a healthy lifestyle. That’s why I’m so passionate about the Healthy Made Simple Lifestyle and My Seven Steps to Optimal Health.

The last couple of years I have created new guides, and updated the ones I had, meaning every week now has a theme with a guide to help you. You will also have access to a weekly group zoom session, as well as 4 private sessions with me.

Make the decision and start your new lifestyle journey today

Once again I wish you and your loved ones a Happy New Year – I am excited to share my world with you in 2023.
